Klaus Cattle Co., LLC – Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

All sales are final unless an error was made by Klaus Cattle Co., LLC.

Returns or replacements are only accepted if:

• You received the wrong product

• You contact us within 15 days of delivery

• The item is unused and in original packaging

• Food products are unopened and sealed

The decision will ultimately be up to Klaus Cattle Co., LLC.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Opened or used food products

• Unsealed items

• Perishable goods (seasoning, jerky, etc) unless incorrect items were shipped

• Products damaged from misuse or improper storage

• Customized or personalized items

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item:

• Contact us within 15 days of delivery

• Include your order number and details

If confirmed, we will:

• Replace the item at no cost, or

• Issue a refund at our discretion

4. Return Process

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

If a return is approved:

• We will provide instructions

• You are responsible for return shipping unless we made the error

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Unless we note otherwise.
